Technical Assistance Approach

Technical Assistance & Training Technical Assistance Approach General Technical Assistance (TA) approaches used by Pyramid Plus include:

  • Responding to requests for assistance/information.
  • Posting responses to frequently requested requests for assistance/information under Resources.
  • Collecting and analyzing requests in order to develop topic-specific webinars.
  • Presenting an awareness overview of Pyramid Plus to local Resource and Referral agencies to outline the type and intensity of TA that will be available from The Pyramid Plus Center.
  • Developing agreements with communities that specifically defines the responsibilities of the Pyramid Plus Center and the community when providing training and technical assistance.

When providing technical assistance, the Pyramid Plus Center will work to maximize client satisfaction and establish clear boundaries between the Pyramid Plus Center and communities. Technical Assistance will be available in Spanish whenever possible.
