Technical Assistance to Programs

The primary aim is to assist programs and communities to adopt and sustain the high fidelity use of the Pyramid Model and SpecialQuest practices.  We envision developing the following materials over three years to support this effort:

• A “Readiness for Adoption” guide that outlines the minimum requirements for programs to successfully adopt the Pyramid and SpecialQuest.
• A series of successful “Program Case Studies” in which administrators outline the processes and procedures they used to create environments supportive of high fidelity implementation.
• A “Data Collection and Management” manual that specifies the timing, aggregation, and use of data for program evaluation, child instructional decision-making and personnel evaluation purposes.  We anticipate that TA to programs will include both written materials and targeted coaching by the Pyramid Plus Center staff to key program personnel.
